Hi there 👋, I am Agung Pratama

A little bit background about me: I am Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia. After graduation, I’ve worked as Game Developer in Japan for almost 2 years. Then I switched my career as backend engineer as I realized I have keen interest on Distributed System.

I had been working as a Senior Software Engineer (handling Data Engineering related things and Infra/DevOps) in Data Team at Traveloka for almost 6 years. During this time, I learnt a lot on how to build system that needs to be scaled and reliable. Afterwards, I moved to Kargo Tech as Infra/DevOps Engineering Team Lead for 1 year. During this short term, I learnt a lot on how to build cost-effective system and manage team.

Right now I am working as System Engineer/Backend Engineer/Data Engineer/DevOps in Sembly.
